With International record sales topping 10 million albums, Charlotte Church is the worlds most successful classical crossover female artist. Born in Llandaff, Cardiff, on February 21, 1986, she became an international sensation with the release of her debut album, Voice Of An Angel, released just after she'd turned 13. That record, as did her 1999 self-titled second album and her 2000 Christmas collection Dream A Dream, achieved platinum status in the United States. Ms. Church's last album, Enchantment, was released in the autumn of 2001 and debuted at #15 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart.

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
